What’s Happening?
Open Mat BJJ, Ice Baths & The Beefy Boys 

  • Open Mat BJJ: Whether you’re a seasoned grappler or a complete beginner, the open mat session is the perfect chance to roll, learn, and improve alongside a supportive and like-minded community. With members from both ChepstowBJJ and MindsetMMA in attendance, this is a great opportunity to test your skills, exchange techniques, and make new connections in the local Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu scene.

  • Ice Bath Challenge: Are you tough enough to take the plunge? The ice bath challenge is set to be a crowd favourite! Step up to test your physical and mental resilience in a rejuvenating cold-water dip. With expert guidance from the MindsetMMA team, this challenge promises to boost your recovery and give you serious bragging rights!

  • The Beefy Boys: Yes, you read that right! The famous Beefy Boys are coming to the event, serving up their award-winning burgers and loaded fries. What better way to refuel after a hard session on the mats or a chilling ice bath?
